HEALINGS EVERYWHERE

These past two months have been a whirlwind of traveling and ministering in Europe and all over the US. With all the miracles we've seen in Mali, we felt we were sent to take the message of healing everywhere we went. In some places we only shared a few minutes, in others we had the whole meeting, sharing, preaching and healing the sick. And like my husband likes to say, what God does in Mali, He does in Europe and the USA, and so we've seen people healed everywhere we've gone. No doubt there is many more testimonies we are not even aware of as we usually move on to the next city after a meeting.

The lady in this picture had neuropathy and asked us to pray for her legs. After praying, she started moving her toes and kept saying over and over, "I can move my toes!" She hadn't been able to do that in a while. The next day she went to physiotherapy and was told she did not need to come back. Praise God!

One lady we prayed for Sunday morning only realized the next day that all pain in her hips was gone.

Other people were healed instantly as we prayed for them, as the lady in this picture. Others felt heat or electricity, but only a medical exam would tell whether they were healed or not.

What an honor to be God's extended hands and feet and see His kingdom come in power as He loves His children so very much! He does not want any of us to be sick as Jesus has paid such a high price for our healing. He not only conquered sin, but also all sickness and disease. Do not ignore the last part of this verse:

He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. (1 Peter 2:24)

So press through all your issues as the woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd and simply touch JESUS and you'll be healed. Receive your healing today! Do not give up seeking and knocking and asking, as you know you're asking in HIS will! His kingdom come in you as it is in heaven, where there is no sickness, and His will be done in you, which is complete health for you! AMEN!

UPCOMING HEALING MEETINGS IN EUROPE

We have two more weekends in Austria before returning to Mali. We'll be doing a healing meeting on both Sundays.

Sunday, September 6, FCG Klagenfurt

Sunday, September 13, FCG Lienz

PAUL IMPRISONED

For years the neighbors have been trying to get rid of us, calling the police on us over and over again, and once banding up and marching on us demanding we hand over the children. A few weeks ago a child in our neighborhood allegedly disappeared which was the perfect opportunity to accuse us again. A few neighbors got together and found a judge favorable to their cause who issued an arrest warrant for Paul. The neighbors celebrated as Paul was put in a jail cell with other guys. After a few hours he was taken out to be interrogated. By that time the police commissioner and four inspectors had arrived. They all vouched for us and told them we had legal papers to do what we do. So they apologized to Paul, realizing it was a religious issue, and released him. The neighbors had already spread the news that they were rid of us for good, so they were shocked to see Paul return home the very same day.

God uses what the enemy means for harm and turns it into good. This incident accelerated our paperwork on the government level so that we've now received our legal papers for the children's center. Praise God! There is still more paperwork but the Lord God Almighty goes before us and gives us favor!

NEW SPONSORS NEEDED

A sponsor who had six children had to stop supporting them, so we have the following children who are looking for a new sponsor. A child sponsorship is $60 or 40€ per month. Please contact me with the name of the child you'd like to sponsor.

Saloum
Age 25
Resident
Second and last year of trade school

Saloum was one of the neighbors' kids. His violent father used to beat him up, and constantly threatened to kill his firstborn son. When he first kicked him out, his Muslim neighbors forced him to take back his son. The second time, Saloum sought refuge with us again and stayed. He is a very intelligent kid who loves to learn.

In January of 2009 Saloum moved out of our house and back in with his family. In August 2010 he returned to our household when we employed him as our day guard. In November he became our driver. He finished his 9 years of education at evening school and started a two-year program at trade school in 2014 that he'll complete in 2016.

Guédiouma
Age 18
Non-resident
7th grade

The parents of Saloum's little brother had never had the means to send their sons to school. Today Guédjouma goes to school.

Daouda
Age 15

First son of our cook Rosalie and her husband Dami who don't have the means to send their children to school. Today Daouda is happy to spend his days on our base, and to attend school.

Miché
Age 12
Non-resident
6th grade

Second son of our cook Rosalie and her husband Dami who don't have the means to send their children to school. Today Miché is happy to spend his days on our base, and attend school.

Patrice

Third son of our cook Rosalie and her husband Dami who don't have the means to send their children to school. Today Patrice is happy to spend his days on our base, and attend kindergarten.

QUICK NEWS

  •        Monthly Donors - A big thank you to all those who have started to support us on a monthly basis. Our goal is to have a 100% of our budget covered through monthly donations. We're still a long way from that, but definitely a lot closer.
  •        High School Challenge - Last year several of our children received awards for being top students in school. André (16) and Jérémie (18) passed the important exam at the end of 9th grade, ready to go on to High School. However, the school denied them entry saying they are too old. We're now looking into an online/homeschool option through France. The biggest challenge would be the gaps they'd have as the Malian school system can't compare to the French. Please pray for guidance and wisdom to make the right decision.
  •        Political Situation - A few weeks ago a peace accord was signed in the north of Mali, but the Islamists continue their terrorist attacks that have now spread to the whole country of Mali. And another ethnic group is in the process of being radicalized. Please pray for peace.
  •        Planting Millet - The man who lent us his field again like last year changed his mind after our kids had already put in quite some work. So we have no field and no harvest this year.
  •        Sarata (10) - Sarata's Dad (who only visits his family on our base occasionally) took her with him to his village in the north of the country and only returned her after 2 months. Sarata returned a few days ago being very sick. Currently she's undergoing testing to find out what's wrong with her besides Malaria.
  •        Tuition - In September we need to start paying a few thousand dollars of tuition for our 35+ children in school. We're believing that we have what we need this year!
  •        Revival - Paul tells me our children are still going strong since Holy Spirit fell on them in June. If you missed it, you can read the report here and watch a short video clip here.
  •        New Truck - All our children have a picture of the Toyota pickup truck we need, praying with faith that we will have it in the natural by the time school starts in September. Please join us in that prayer! We need another $20,000.
  •       Volunteers - We always need volunteers in Mali who can stay a few months or more. If you'd like to come help us, please contact me.

Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.' (Jesus in Luke 10:9)
