SEKOUBA LEAVING US TOMORROW!?

As every night, we sat down tonight to talk and pray for the kids before they go to bed. I asked whether anyone had anything to say. Abdias asked forgiveness for something bad he's done today, and then Sekouba made the announcement that he was leaving us tomorrow. For good. I was too shocked to say anything. Finally I just said that he was free to do what he wanted.

Paul was as shell-shocked as me. It was his turn to pray for the kids tonight, laying hands on their shoulders, and I didn't understand all he was praying in Bambara. When he was done, they simply went to bed.

Just over 3 days ago, Thursday morning, Sekouba had this tremendous vision (see my last email report) of God telling him to obey me and Paul, because otherwise their would be consequences. You could feel the authority of God on him, as he told the other two kids. Ever since, Sekouba has been doing the exact opposite, and I've been wondering what's going on, standing against the attacks of the enemy against him. Unfortunately Sekouba wouldn't talk and say what was bothering him.

And now he's planing to leave tomorrow. The same Sekouba who also saw us all sleeping on our property in his vision in Thursday. The same Sekouba who has a call of God, confirmed by prophecies, of snatching street kids out of the enemy's fangs. The same Sekouba who participated in the Bible study today, more than anyone else, giving the right answers. The same I talked to the other day, who said he wouldn't leave.

Only prayer can make the difference now. He just went to bed. Let's pray God would speak to him in his dreams, and that all the lies of the enemy in him would be canceled and removed! Let's not allow the enemy to steal this little one!
