FFM PARTNERS
WITH IRIS MINISTRIES
It was an honor for Fresh Fire Ministries to partner with Rolland and Heidi
Baker of Iris Ministries on this trip. We engaged in the largest feeding
program either ministry has ever attempted. We also had the privilege of
working with Pastor Tom Jones and his team from Florida. The Holy Spirit has
given Iris Ministries tremendous favor in the nation of Mozambique and the
surrounding countries in Africa. Every day, teams were sent out to local
villages, hospitals, and other remote areas where the gospel was preached,
where miracles and healings took place, and where thousands upon thousands of
bags of maize and beans were distributed to the poor. In many cases, food was
given to the local leaders of the camps and/or villages in order to ensure
everyone received their fair portions. In fact, in a number of situations,
potential riots were brewing during the feeding process, forcing us to
solicit the efforts of the local Malawian police authorities for assistance. There
are few things in the world that are more satisfying than having the awesome
privilege of being able to provide precious souls with both the natural and
the spiritual Bread of Life. We were excited to be able to feed hundreds of
Muslims as well and were able to plant the Seed of the Gospel into their
hearts.
FFM DONATES
TRUCK TO IRIS MINISTRIES
Todd and Shonnah have always desired to bless ministries, both locally and
abroad. Through the generous contributions from those who have given toward
the Malawi Outreach and Humanitarian program, FFM was able to donate a 2003
flatbed large truck to Rolland and Heidi's ministry. Already, this truck was
put to constant use while we were in Malawi, including hauling generators and
sound systems for the open air market meetings, carrying local worship teams
around, and being used as a pulpit for Todd when preaching.
MORE MIRACLES
IN MALAWI - HOTEL SUPERVISOR HEALED AFTER HEARING MESSAGE OVER RADIO
At one of the hotels where the FFM team was staying, the grounds supervisor
desperately wanted to attend the crusade meetings, but was unable to because
of his conflicting work schedule. He was experiencing excruciating back
pains, and during one of the evenings, was taken to the hospital hoping that
some medication would help alleviate the pain. However, nothing seemed to
help. He was taken back to the hotel lobby and heard the voice of Todd
preaching over the radio. At the exact time the man entered the lobby, Todd
asked for those who needed healing in their bodies, who were listening by
radio to put their hand on the radio as a point of contact. Upon doing as
requested, the man immediately felt the power of God surge through his back,
testifying that he was totally pain-free. There was no small stir among the
staff in the lobby that evening as he shared his testimony again and again.
TULLIE, THE
ORPHAN BOY, RECEIVES SIGHT
Several of the FFM team members had opportunity to visit an orphanage on one
of the outreaches where they noticed a young boy, 14 years in age, having a
blind left eye. They began to pray for his blind eye and witnessed a
progressive healing where he could see "men like trees walking". After
continuing in prayer, Tullie was able to identify a small piece of candy, and
said, "I see a sweet". He immediately began to cry, which then
caused all of the team members to break out in tears of joy as well. We
shared the testimony of the healing with the supervisor of the orphanage and
she informed us that this boy had been thrown into the city dump as an infant
(6 months old). It was from that point on that he went blind. Imagine not
having sight in one eye for 13.5 years. What an amazing miracle!
POLIO VICTIM
HEALED IN HOSPITAL
A FFM team prayed for a young girl stricken with polio. She received Jesus
into her heart, and immediately burst into a big smile. When prayer was made
for her physical condition, she felt the power of God hit her body and
experienced circulation for the first time in two years. What an awesome
sight as she left the hospital totally healed, carrying bagged food on top of
her head that had been donated by FFM partners.

HEALINGS AND MIRACLES TOO NUMEROUS TO RECORD
In the last 12 months over 100,00 have given their lives to Jesus in crusades
like we just completed in Malawi, Africa! Thank you covenant monthly
partners, intercessors and friends.
Some 90 men and woman from all diffrent relgious backgrounds, experience and
age joined us for this historic event. Our youngest team member had his 15
birthday while on the safari completing our trip in South Africa. The teams
cast out devils, fed the poor and saw incredible miracles. One of our newest
interns just 16 years old laid his hands on a baby who had a head deformed
and enlarged since birth. The child's head was recreated and became normal on
the spot, you could even see the flabs of skin from where the head was
swollen like a balloon. Many team members saw their first blind eyes open and
the lame walk. One outreach in the park, highest crime rate, shootings, drug
dealing in the city and even drug abuse while we were evangelizing yeilded a
incredible testimony of a crippled woman in the street being healed. This
woman was carted around on a 4 wheel peice of wood and a rope. This was like
a skate board with 4 wheels. She was completly healed and walked 2 blocks
with the team.
Fresh Fire ministries and Iris Ministries worked together in the great
harvest. Most importantly tens of thousands were fed and continue to be fed
through the food dear partners and friends like you helped us purchase. As
well we were able to purchase a brand new 4 ton truck for Heidi and Rolland (
Iris) ministries. This came in handy with our 4 buses we rented to bring the
sick, poor and crippled to the meetings each night who have no transportation
to the crusade. Each day the teams would go into villages, hospitals, refugee
camps, market places and more to feed the hungry and pray for the sick.
In one village some 27 cheife gave their lives to Jesus and over 500
villagers were saved. During another open market 150 were saved. These are my
favorite outreaches. We pick the most desperate, dark area of the city and
set up a small sound system, music and dancing in the busiest area of town. We
preach and give a altar call and pray for the sick. During two of these open
airs in South Africa over 190 were saved in a couple hours. The blind saw,
deaf heared and the lame were healed, numerous testimonies of these kind and
others on the open street.
